Alueswood Dhoop was found in the foothills of the Himalayan mountains under the name of "Agaru" by great Moghul Emperor Akbar. This Dhoop is mainly used for devotion before family alters as well as to mark the twilight and kill mosquitoes. Charaka and Ayurveda recommend it in case of poisoning fever and an antiseptic for open wounds.
